As a lifelong Midland native, Rick has witnessed the tremendous growth and increased diversity of this community. He is a graduate of Northwood University with a B.S. in Business Administration and prior to his real estate career spent more than 20 years in restaurant ownership/management, accounting, customer service, facilities management, sales and sales management. A common thread throughout Rick’s business career has been exemplary customer service and attention to detail. He believes that the most important thing he can do is to actively listen to clients to help determine their needs and wants and then treat each transaction as unique. He feels that his primary duty in meeting and speaking with clients is to help them realize their dreams and maximize their real estate investments.

Rick doesn’t believe in doing things just because “we have always done it this way”. The challenges, complexity, and time constraints of today’s busy life demand new solutions. Rick applies the latest in real estate e-commerce initiatives and communication tools, coupled with old fashioned hard work and integrity and the support of the dedicated Ayre/Rhinehart team to deliver results.

In addition to Rick’s passion for Real Estate, he is a busy father of 4. He is keenly aware of the importance of schools, parks, educational, vocational, and recreational activities.
